Creatively Chloe's Store Policy:
Most items and kits are ready to be shipped, but please allow 2-3 business days as sometimes things may come up unexpectedly. I will try my best to ship your order within 24 hours.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA FIRST CLASS MAIL OR PARCEL POST UNLESS UPGRADED TO PRIORITY SHIPPING. Please be aware that in trying to keep the cost of my kits as affordable as possible, I use the most cost effective method of shipping available, which is usually First Class Mail or Parcel Post. Please note that when using Parcel Post, orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive since I am shipping from Hawaii. I highly recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping for an additional charge.

ALL PRICES INCLUDE US SHIPPING ONLY. I do also ship internationally for an additional charge. Please email me for prices. Due to package weight, International shipping costs may be re-calculated and billed/refunded via PayPal prior to shipment of items.

Shipping insurance is recommended and available upon request for an additional charge.
